I am asking for my security deposit be given back to me, Colonial Realestate is holding our $800.00 and there is nothing wrong with the house my daughter and I were renting from Mr. ***** *** ** **** * **** ******. Because Colonial put the house on the market for sale at the request of Mr. ***** ***, These people have disrespected not only me but my daughter as well, they tried to trick us into another house without allowing us see the property or the neighborhood, I read the fine print and did not sign anything. They wanted us to sign a the application without seeing the other house. Had my daughter and i signed the application we woukd have been stuck with paying for a one bedroom 1 bath house, just so they can get an application from us So we went back to our hometown and we gave them our home address which I had notarized along with other documents regarding the painting of the garage they were mad because I gave them a notarized copy of our forwarding address so they can send my Security Deposit back to me. they gave notice for my daughter and I to get out of the house by the end of October, my daughter suffers from PTSD who has medically retired from the Air Force and is still in school at **** ** ******** *** We asked for an extention until my daughter graduated the second week of December, then we would leave the house, but according to ********, Mr. ***** ***'s House agent told us that he wanted us out that he had a family to take care of like I didnt have a family to take care of myself, ****, who is Ms. ******* son was very disrespectful to us along with Ms.***** who is with ********* *********** and who is over Colonial Realestate along with her son **** who is now manager of Colonial Real-estate. All I want is our Security Deposit back.
