            I put in a maintenance request on June 13th for our swamp cooler to be fixed because it was not working like it used to and it is hot. 2 days later and a technician was assigned. On the 15th I was called by the tech and was told that they needed someone home so I said my husband would be home on Friday the 17th and he said he would be back to fix it. Nobody ever came so I then put in my second request because my first request was labeled as completed, which it was not. A tech was assigned on the 20th and I have not been contacted again nor has the issue been resolved. It’s the summer, it’s hot. I have a toddler that gets heat rash from high temperatures and his skin has been acting up since it has been so hot inside our unit. I have emailed the landlord and made several calls to the office, none of which have been answered. This is not a small inconvenience that we could wait on. We pay our rent on time, our rent includes having the air conditioner functioning correctly. It’s not ok that we haven’t had this issue resolved or that we haven’t even been contacted about this.

            By far the worst property management company weve ever been in business with. They are rude, the will raise their voice and argue with you, and hang up the phone on you if they answer the phone. Ive had the same maintenance issues and it still hasnt been fixed, not theyre charging me for a maintenance call that hasnt even been properly fixed. I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the office for the past week and no luck. Now they sent an email to my husband and I threatening to vacate us if the maintenance balance isnt paid. ******* the manager is rude and his wife that is the front desk clerk is also rude and will hang up the phone on you. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
