              In the middle of June 2021, I had American Leak Detection come out to locate a hot water old galvanized pipe leak. The workman said it was close to the outside, but might be out of reach from repairing it from the outside. If it could be reached from the outside the repair would cost 150.00 per hour plus parts. If they had to cut through the concrete slab under the house it would be a flat rate of 2,200.00. I agreed to all these terms. The workman returned on 6/28/2021 and was able to repair the leak from the outside. they were here under 4 hours and replaced about a foot of pipe with plex. I was charged 2,200 plus tax for a total of 2,373,25. I questioned the young man that did the work and he said that he was told by his boss that this would be the charge. I figured I would take it up with the owner, Jonathan T*****, later that day. I have called 4x and my significant other went to his office in person. All to no avail. I have an invoice that clearly everything.
