            RotorRooter conducted a sewer line repair at my residence. My insurance company was handling the claim, we requested an itemized list of work being conducted. They said they couldn't give one until job was finished. I provided the $7,200 down payment needed to start the job with the agreement that the final payment would be given once project was completed. I still never received an itemized list but have every intention of paying the rest once my insurance issues me the check. RotoRooter representative Julie ******* called a day after the job was complete demanding immediate payment and that RotoRooter was putting a lean on my house if payment wasn't received by the end of the working day (5/17/22) I kindly explained that I had every intention on paying the remainder and that my insurance company was issuing me a check but it would be a day or two to clear. Julie wasn't happy with that and threatened again the lean against my house as well as to the credit Bureau. I have outstanding credit and I am extremely angry with the way RotoRooter is handling this situation. Very unprofessional and rude to say the very least. I plan on pursuing legal action against RotoRooter if they try to put a lean against my home.

            Not a plumber I would call again. I had recently called Rotor Rooter to fix a leaking tub faucet as well as a leaking lavatory faucet. ********* came out to give us an estimate to which I reluctantly agreed to thir $170/hr. After the older tech removed the tub faucet handle he exclaimed he didnt have the ability to get a brass ring off so he told the younger tech, lets go. He then reinstalled the tub handle upside down and facing the wrong direction. Not at like he found it. As he was leaving he told ** to spray wd40 on it and to call back in a week.I was so upset after seeing what they did to the tub faucet not to mention scuffing my tub with their work boots. I decided I wont be calling back. I called another plumber who came out and fixed both faucets and tightened the toilet down as it was a bit loose and he only charged $125. He was much more professional than the plumber wannabes.
