            I had a colonoscopy procedure scheduled for December 28, 2022. Because of the preparation cancellations had to be made 72 hours before the procedure or you will be charged $100. I called the office the week prior to the procedure to verify the phone number since my 72 hour fell on Christmas Day. I was told to call their phone number and an answering service would take my call. I did get sick on December 24, 2022 and called to cancel my procedure, which was more than the 72 hour limit. But when I called on January 3 2023 to reschedule my procedure I was told by billing that I owed $100 for not canceling by December 23, 2022 on a business day. My instructions states hours not business days. But the person in billing said I cannot reschedule until I pay the $100 and insists that it had to b canceled on a business day I feel that they are wrong and I have their instructions that shows hours not business days

            They dont care at all. They will consistently take your money, but refuse to consistently provide fair, NOT good, care.I saw Dr. *** for nearly a year. I was admitted to the hospital for an intussusception. He never spoke with them. He never spoke with my oncologist, even though most intussusceptions have a a lead point. He never spoke with my surgeon, despite her requests. He never reviewed my file before meeting me and was NEVER aware of my test result. I just recently found out why. He retires in January, so he truly does not care at all. When I spoke with ***, the practice manager to see a new provider because Dr.*** apparently lacked a conscience, I was told none of the other providers would see me because they felt Dr. *** had done all he could.so if you want a conscientious provider, who cares and will follow up with other providers and will do the very basics of their job, Im afraid you wont find it there. They told me so when they said no other provider could do anymore than he could.WHICH MEANS NONE OF THEIR PROVIDERS WILL READ YOUR LABS, CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL, OR COMMUNICATE WITH ANYONE ABOUT YOUR CASE. But they will happily take your cash.
