Date of service: 06/17/2023 Business: Pet Palace I brought my dog Jax to Pet Palace at 0820 on 06/17/2023. I dropped him off like I usually do on previous services. I had to call and request status updates because he was there over 6 hours. During this time I called two times to see if Jax grooming appointment was complete. The lady’s acted like it was ok to treat a paying customer with vague responses. At 14:47 I got a call letting me know Jax will be ready in 30 min. They also told me he had an accident and they had to re wash him. I asked what happen and she hung up on me. I arrived at Pet Palace at 15:17 and the lady was really rude to me. It wasn't the owner but a female worker. She was on the phone with the owner Anne and she asked how much should I'm she charge me? After she got off the phone she told me it would be $60. I told her after almost 7 hours with no updates I shouldn't have to pay full price. I also told her I usually pay $50 with a $5 tip. I told her I would not be back. She was rude and replied that it's fine because I'm not nice anyways. She stormed out of the front office and slammed the door. I am very upset about this interaction because no one should be treated like this. Specially from a business.
