Bizarre, insulting, lazy & sloppy bookkeeping resulting in dishonesty & unjust semands for more money by ********, the Manager & her staff. However, my main complaint is that on May 31, 2022, her Airport Shuttle driver knocked over my overly packed suitcase when it was near my car. The suitcase was a black "eiffel style" suitcase w/a handle that extends from the top & two wheels at the bottom. Instead of pulling the back up to normal standing position, her driver dragged the suitcase - the handle was fully extended - & the bulging part was on the asphalt; & the driver dragged the suitcase all the way over to the back of his van to load it in the back w/the other suitcases. This happened very fast and was over & done w/before I could scream at him to stop. I reported what happened to ******** that day, 5/31/2022. ******** scolded me. She called me a liar & falsely accused me of being dishonest. I bought the suitcase at *******. It was in new condition - I had only had the suitcase a few months. I borrowed a yardstick from the hardware department & went to a lot of trouble out of my busy schedule & involve ******** in text messafing conversations w/photos to convince her that it was wrong what her driver did to my suitcase & her company needed to buy me a new bag. I told her I was being as honest as I could be; & that I was not looking for an expensive upgrade; & only wanted to replace the suitcase w/ something commensurate to the new suitcase her driver ruined. The amount requested came to $63.65 with NM Sales Tax figured into the amount With this informatuon, ******** texted me that she will write me a check for $63.65. However, in a phone conversation shortly thereafter, she said she will not be giving me a check; & said she will go to ******* *** ******** or to ******** & buy the dirt cheap bag of her choice & that I was to hand her my suitcase in exchange for one of those that she selects & she would be selling mine on ****: so insulting.
