Hi, I ordered 2 latex costume masks from Gryphons Egg Productions for $75.96, and they were never made nor refunded. This was January 8, 2020, and contact with Shawn was on June 22, 2020. The amount for each mask was $37.98. Giving a total of $75.96. The 2 transactions at PayPal are: *****************, and *****************. One for each mask. The CEO, Shawn D******, gave myself the run-around, saying he has made them, and will mail them out the next day. Then the next day. Then the next day. Then the next day… The transactions were made through PayPal. A claim was made, and conversations were made through them. The claim with PayPal was closed because Shawn said he was going to mail out the made products. He did not. A new claim cannot be started because the time has expired for PayPal to do anything about it. Here is a YouTube video I made of the conversations between the two of us as a buyer-beware for others. Here, he clearly says he has made the masks and is about to mail them out.
