              They lie about stock, point fingers elsewhere when called on it, and when they get tired of you, they claim to be a robot in their emails (when they're probably the only robot that can't spell and gets cheeky and insulting about simple requests)Take your business to ***** or ******, as these people are only interested in the kids' market anymore.

              We are sorry to hear this - This customer contacted us wanting to buy a discontinued item that we had discontinued over two years before. We had not further inventory in stock. We reached out to some of our vendors even and could not find one for this customer. We responded to his help desk ticket and told him several times that we did not have the item he wanted and he continued to email us for almost 2 months (10 emails total) trying to get us to send him something that we no longer had. We tried to be polite to him but he got increasingly unprofessional to the point of harassment so we set up an automatic response for the next time he emailed asking that he not continue to email us with the same request as we had already done all that we could do for him in that matter. We strive to always help our customers and we would have sold him the products if we had it, but we cannot do the impossible.
