Today it snowed about 6 inches 3/23/2022. My two daughters live in the trailer park. I pick up my daughters after school and at the entrance to the mobile home community we were behind a sub who was taking about 5 min to enter. Then a lady approached the line which was about 6 cars behind us. Now we at the front of line I get out to enter code and it take an average 1-2 min to open gate. Well I call me daughters mother to open gate and she is yelling at my mom to move her car. So we did. As my mom was about to follow the line line of cars in after the car behind us gets the gate open, this big woman stops us and say we cant enter. So I get out and tell her, your going to make **** Daugter walk home from here? She replied, Yes as she proceeded to ask my daughter where she lives because she is going to fine their mother that has a mobile there!Yet while she was yelling at me the one car put the code in and five cars followed not entering a code just passing by! My daughter was in tears because the manager from Rancho Zia Mobile home park was yelling at her! Now I just received a call from my daughter saying the manager followed her home and told her mother that me or my mom her grandmother cant go into mobile home park?!!?!? Ive read numerous complaints about this manager but this is my first interaction with the woman and she cursed me out in front of my daughter and now is making my daughter way home more that a quarter mile in the cold snow weather!! This needs to be addressed please!This woman is impeding my daughter safe ride home!! That isnt right! All because the car infringement of us couldnt get in an we took too long and order my mom to move her vehicle and didnt let us in, making my daughter walk now from the front gate from this day toward!!!!Review from Bryan D.

Management is not bad. Low rating is due to the cats roaming the park. They have been using my yard and other yards as a litter box and it is very unfortunate and unsanitary, especially for those of us with kids.
