We had 4 months of drawn-out frustration with Jagstone. At first contact, he didnt show up for his scheduled estimate and we didnt hear from him at all that day. From start date to completion, he said will be about one month. His quoted start date was delayed several weeks because he hadnt finished a previous job. Over the course of the next 3 to 4 months, on multiple occasions he would tell us he will be here Monday morning. Thursday comes, and weve heard nothing. We always had to contact him, and he always had an excuse. He reinsured us that our job is priority this week, next week but he continued to not show. He wouldnt even give us the courtesy to say he wasnt coming or tell us why he didnt show until after we confronted him after the fact. The work done so far is substandard and the amount of time it has taken was not worth it. He would only work 4 hours a day and probably only made it to our house a total of 5 or 6 days. We still have to go and make corrections to his substandard work. Were extremely disappointed with Jagstone and will never call them again. The last 3-4 months was a complete waste of time. I will never give him a referral and I will actually tell my friends and family NOT to call Jagstone. We should have fired him months ago when these red flags began to show. Never again will we make this mistake.
