              On May 3, 2021, I purchased 2 recliners from Jaice D**** at American Home for $3400. Jaice promised the chairs by the end of May but we did not receive them until June 16, and the very moment we hooked them up the first chair worked long enough for the recline to go up then burnt out. The 2nd chair worked for 2 days then stopped. My husband went to AH and was told that we need to call the warranty dept.. The warranty dept sent a tech out 2 weeks later only to tell us the remotes were both defective but he doesn't carry them on his truck so, we had to call the warranty dept back again to get the remotes sent to us. That was a month ago. We called again 2 weeks ago and they forgot to send them out. We called again today wanting to see where they are and nobody can give us an answer. So, we have had 2 recliners for 6 weeks and have been unable to use them and AH will not contact us back on how to fix this issue. JD also was supposed to give us 10% back and I have not heard back.
