On February 2022 we file a claim for vandalism a rental unit we owe by LLC my business partner and I, he's the one on the insurance policy but I'm the one who's in charge of collecting rent, maintenance, remodelation etc, USAA recommended bear restoration, they said let the professionals to do it, I agreed cause I had a lot of work to do on other rental units we own, the claim went thru the company came with a crew for demolition they bring a big dumpster, then they stopped for a few days no one came to work, demolition wasn't finished 100% then some people show up but really doing nothing, just wondering around for a couple hours then desappear, few days later some people show up with interior doors, installed in a couple days, then no one else showed up, I called the manager of the remodelation, ***************************, he was mad cause he claimed he was in a seminar that Friday, I called him again on Monday, he was angry cause he told me he was in a lunch at the seminar I called him a couple hours later he said he was waiting for the doors to arrive, I explained him the doors were ready installed, he didn't even know what was happening in the job, then without demolition finished he send the painting company to paint the apartment,they painted over unfinished patches non textured walls over electric switches and outlets on the floor, there's more to explain too. I stopped them to come in to my property, we paid out of our pocket $7500 as a down payment for them to start the job, then now we have to redone everything, and Bear restoration don't want give our money back, they claim they did 75% of the remodelation, when they didn't even finish demolition. A guy named Carry Forest called me yell at me saying that I'm no body the one in the policy is *************, claiming that those buildings were sold them to us by his wife, what's totally wrong, he just yell at me by phone.

Judge for yourselves everyone on this one.......The owner and I have been trying to schedule a meeting to discuss. I guess his "partner" needs to chime in.
