            I contacted SW Vinyl for a quote in early April 2022 for the repair of a gate that was installed by them in 2009. Job estimator unannounced ~3 weeks later. Never received quote. Called again to ask for quote on May 5. Sent the signed contract with 1/2 payment as instructed on quote on May 6. June 23, no contact from company so I called to schedule repair. Was told they were booked until November. I decided to rescind the repair and asked for refund. Told $200 w. no fee would be in the mail. Did not receive my $200 refund. July 2 received a check for $367, $400 cost minus a cancelation fee. Called on July 6 to tell them that the wrong amount had been sent and that I would return their check when I received my $200 check. July 22, cashed their $367 check and waited to hear from them. July 24 Received $5 fee on my account because they issued a stop pay on the $367 check. They original gate installation was not done correctly that is why there is an issue today.

            No one will return your call, or email. Took MONTHS to come out. Then they installed the hardware backwards. Never responded to calls or emails. They finally answered the phone, was not empathetic to the issues we've been having, and said they did nothing wrong and there wouldn't be anything they could do to fix it because the hardware is universal and there's no other options. Thanks. For. Nothing.
