            In July 2020 we requested services from Borderland Surveyors. It is now May 2021 and we have yet to have our property properly recorded. Upon going on field to mark property points Mr. S******s employee noticed what the county records read with in regards to the lines and boundaries did not match what was actually the lines and boundaries. So we we're going to have to re-file. Which was fine but it has now been almost a year and property has not been properly recorded. We call and Chris is never at the office or gone for the day. He gives us the run around and is not transparent. He claimed covid-19 delayed their process but I read a review from 2013 and it was the same situation we're in, there was no covid-19 back then. This is unprofessional and beyond poor service. We just want what we paid for done and over with. Please help! I attached the 1st email with Mr. S****** and the most recent. To reflect the dates.

            I went through 8 different surveying companies trying to do a simple survey for our farm. Most of them did not follow through with a bid when they said they would and one submitted a bid then after a meeting with them, raised the bid and tried to make the survey job more complicated than it was. Borderland came out, looked at our property, submitted a very reasonable bid and did the survey in the promised time. They did their research and found an old survey that greatly simplified the whole process. They were knowledgeable about the crazy Dona Ana County ********* *********** process for exemptions from the ***. It is hard to find a good surveying company in the Las Cruces - El Paso area and Borderland was a breath of fresh air!
