              I applied for a loan with a collateral to back it up. I asked for a specific amount and was told the credit union would get back to me. After chasing them down for a week, I finally received an answer of no. No negotiation, no counter offer. Just no. My complaint is that this credit union did a hard background check on my credit and denied my request flat out which will now negatively affect my credit score which is currently in the high 800s.

              They changed our Account number with no notification. Place holds on our debit card with notification. Ask why large amounts of our cash is being withdrawn. Poor, poor business practices.
