    On 11/9/21 I was talked into charging a computer that I didn’t want. The owner ordered changes to be made to the computer. He added software that I never asked for, making it look like I had a “good deal”. The other salesman went along with the show. As indicated on the Order form 26308 that was given to me AFTER I signed the charge slip for $1618.20, the added software and changes were scheduled to be completed in a week on 11/16/21, where salesman Otto would give me a call. The salesman Otto Chao that operated the register NEVER explained to me that once they opened the box there would be a 15% fee attached for re-stocking if I returned it. Otto Chao never talked to me about the return policy, neither did the owner or his wife who was present while this was all happening. I agonized all night over what had happened to me at Sandia Computers on 11/9/21. I originally went in to fix my computer and got pressured and taken advantage of to buy their computer, which I realized after leaving. Since the due date for the added changes ordered by the owner wasn’t until 11/16/21, I thought that I would be able to cancel the transaction first thing the next morning. I went back the next morning and requested a cancellation of the transaction on 11/10/21 at 9:00am when the store opened. They agreed to refund only $1275 and charged me for software that had not been downloaded to the computer according to Otto Chao, the sales representative that was handling the refund. When he let the owner know that I was requesting a refund, the owner charged me $343.20 for "work performed" to the computer, even though Otto had just told me that nothing had yet been done to the device. I then filed a dispute with Capital One in which Sandia Computers falsified the documents they submitted with their merchant statement. I want a full refund to my credit card. They stated in their letter on 11/29/21 to Capital One Dispute Department that a full refund would be granted. This is yet to happen.

    They are awesome!! After I bought a computer and a HP Deskjet Plus from them I needed assistance with the *** They not only told me to bring in so that they can fix the problem, they remotely fixed the problem. They have been nothing but efficient, reliable and extremely helpful. I would refer them to everybody. --*******************************--
