I would advise you to look elsewhere for carpet and flooring solutions.We ordered and paid for carpet, waited over a month for install, then the installer showed up he said the carpet we had purchased had been sold. He directed me to The owner ***************** (who is a very unprofessional person) who told us to choose another carpet without even the decency to apologize for getting our carpet wrong and having a late install. Fortunately there was a carpet that worked available and I was told someone would show up later the same day to Install. When they did not show up, I called ***************** who told me the installer had gone home and would be back the next day. He offered me a credit which I did not ask for, to help with the burden. I accepted though really would have preferred to have the job done right. The installer came over the next day, mid morning and started work. I verified the areas that were being carpeted, a few times with him. Later in the day he told me that there wasnt enough carpet to complete the job and that **** would bring over some more. He didnt finish installing that day and said he would be over the following morning at 7. He showed up at about 10. A few hours later I heard vacuuming and looked out of my door to see that he was getting ready to leave. I double checked the work and saw that he had not completed the closets in the hallway which is what we had paid for and planned to do. He said he didnt have enough carpet on hand to do it. I notified ***************** who said that the closet carpet wasnt part of the original plan so it wouldnt get done. This was very confusing because when the installer originally showed up he though the entire house was going to be carpeted (which of course would include the closets)(he didnt even have enough carpet for one room with him so that was strange). ***************** also said he had no idea that the closets needed carpet too so he never sent it over.I was told by ***************** that the closets would be done another day and then just never got a call back about it. I left messages and tried to call but never heard back. When my husband finally called and spoke to *****************, he was told that we were the ones in the wrong, that the installer didnt want to come back because he said we treated him bad, and that he was tired of us telling him that they got it wrong because clearly we are the ones who did everything badly. And to seal the deal, he hung up on my husbands after telling him someone may be here before the holidays to finish the job. Let me be clear they have the customers choose and pay for a certain square footage of carpet prior to even allowing scheduling of the install date, so to hear that the carpet we chose and paid for was not available on day of install was quite shocking. Especially after a month long wait. Then to be repeatedly told we had not told them about the closets even though we paid for the square footage to complete them. Finally, when the installer showed up he did not show me an invoice or clarify what was being done. I had to tell him multiple times.This business has been the worst to work with ever. Im Actually pretty surprised that they are even still in business with an owner like ***************** hanging up on a conversation with a customer whom they wronged.
