              Castillo's Builders, specifically Isidro C******* and his crew, completed a replacement of all windows in our house in 2017. The work came with a 10 year no leak guarantee. Shortly after the work was completed one window began leaking, the company sent someone that applied silicone on the surface to block the leak, I had doubts it would be sufficient, but the leak stopped. Beginning about four months ago the same window, or the one directly above it is leaking, I have made multiple calls and left multiple messages at the listed number, ###-###-#### with no response from this company. I tried an alternate number listed on the original agreement, ###-###-####, but that number has been disconnected. The listed location for the company is a residence so I am not comfortable going in-person to attempt contact.
