      Jeremy has been my mechanic since 2009 and every experience I’ve had with him has been a good one. He’s gone above and beyond many times and always volunteers to explain what he’s done and why. I won’t go to anyone else. And because Jeremy is exceptional, I will never need to!

      An experience that I had is this: I had my vehicle at the appt time. When I was driving by in another vehicle I noticed that it was pulled into a bay so I stopped to see if he had an idea of what the problem was. He told me a couple of possible causes. He told me he was getting the part from dealer for 300 dollars and he was going to ****** for the part. While discussing prices as the part was only $100 from O'Rileys.he exploded! He came at me and yelled 'you're fired get out! Nobody tells me how to do a job!He was very aggressive and I though, at first, that I was in danger. This is factual and accurate.I said nothing to agitate him or tell him how to do his job as we were talking price.I do think he likely was stressed and overworked however the self control was absent. You don't treat anyone like this! Still thinking about pressing charges, but I don't really want to do that, only telling anyone considering going to this mechanic of my personal experience.

      Wow! The *** sensor that was installed is an aftermarket part that obviously isnt working correctly, your engine is running lean. Customers bring their vehicles to me because of my knowledge and experience. Not because they are the mechanic. But when they angrily yell at me that they dont want to buy quality parts for their vehicle and demand that I install another junky aftermarket part, I draw a conclusion they dont want what I have to offer, ***** there are many Auto shops in Montrose, simply pick another. ********** many time has people that work out of storage units and use a parts ******, simply guessing at what might be wrong with their vehicle, this isnt the first time you have exploded on me about price! You get what you pay for and I didnt charge you for wasting my time, so this will give you additional money to guess. You need to find a cheap mechanic that you trust, and stick with him/her. Not bounce around from shop to shop throwing shade at me who really doesnt covet your business. If you continue to support bargain mechanics you will likely not have anything to go back to when you need them again. My labor rates are fair for the market in our area, but I dont control the cost of quality parts, and refuse to install your cheap stuff. The last person/shop obviously didnt do you a good job on the botched timing belt job, because you didnt go back to them or they are not in business anymore. If you quality service it costs what it costs, and many people are happy with my service, your not the first customer I have fired, and probably the last. But your the first person to complain on BBB. Lastly you cleared trouble codes before you brought vehicle in for service,Deleting PCM memory, everything I did was documented on the free repair order. When you dropped car off for diagnostics, I brought up the last time you were upset about me charging you 0.7 hrs for correctly adjusting the timing on you distributor, and you huffed and said it doesnt take that long, and drove away quickly with your bad attitude all your own. Good luck with your ******* Im sorry you dont trust my yrs, of experience knowing what does and doesnt work with repairs to vehicles.
