            I took my jeep to get worked on July 27, 2021. By July 29 the jeep was "fixed". I was told I could pick it up later that day. I was out of town and stated I would pick it up the following week. I was called at the end of the day and was told my jeep had over heated and they needed to investigate further. The following week I was told that the engine needed major repair. I was told last week that the owner was attempting to get my warranty company to pay for it but had not been able to reach them. I spoke with the warranty company and was told that the owner of the shop reported that one of his mechanics "drove the jeep several miles without coolant causing significant damage to the engine". I call the shop almost daily and hear no new information about my vehicle. I called yesterday 09/08/21 and was told "the owner stopped work on the jeep to work on other vehicles. you may get it back next week". It has been almost 7 weeks. I was given no rental car and expect them to charge me.
