Good afternoon I took my cat to Green Auto light for repairs on my sons ******** ** . They diagnosed it said it needed a AC compressor and it would cost ?? 983.00 to fix it . They had it for a day and we picked up then it stoped working the next day . I called and spoke to Grant he said bring it back. I was told it needed a compressor switch he said it would be $100 so we paid that it did not fix the problem .****** called me on 07/20 and said he needs to send to a shop who works on there cars , I said ok get a call this afternoon stating it needs “ temperature module which can be ordered on **** and will charge $200 fir labor . He said this might fix it . I told him I can not be spending more money on an issue you should if fixed from the get go . He says well if you want it done pay for it . We are down money and the issue is not fixed . I asked them to give a refund so I can take it to shop who can fix it “ he said we can’t do that “”. They gave shitty customer service and they never fixed the issue . I hope we can get it resolved so it does not happen to anyone else .My car also has check engines lights on after they messed with it . I took it in for an AC problem and know I have to see why check engine lights are on .
