I towed a customer vehicle back to their repair shop, HWY 64 repairs to pick up their ride supposedly fixed, the first ride they got from DB auto that had drive train issue. They got another ride from them, that ride broke down. DB sent a tow truck to pick up their broken vehicles at the customer residence. DB last ride was a loaner, which had problems they knew about but still lend it out. That ride broke down again and that's the ride I towed back to HWY 64 repairs. When we was picking up the repaired ride the first one. The mechanics never checked the ride and said nothing was wrong with it. I simply showed them the problem, metal shavings in the transmission fluids and they confirmed it. They said they didn't want to fix it because the vehicle has not completely broke down. I complained to the mechanics and manager but was told to take their ride they supposedly fixed else where to be fixed even tho it was technically still under their warranty. I done a vehicle diagnostic myself and found multiple codes stored in the vehicle computer that was erased. All relating to the problem. Check engine light was on, I showed the manager ****** C the report from the diagnostic, he simply said again I don't want to fix it and gets into his truck and heads back to DB auto sale from the HWY 64 repairs shop down the road. I don't know how many lemon rides they sold to others and still be in business. They were unprofessional, mechanics are inexperienced, overall customer service was terrible. Very disappointed with DB autos and Hwy 64 repairs.
