    I have been in business for 36 years and I would not and will not ever buy a part or anything from a dealership that does not honor there sales. I purchased a part online and it came to me damaged . I have a receipt from them for the purchase .To save time and money I took the part back to the dealership because I had to take paperwork to the usda in las cruses anyway. Even with my paperwork in hand and the travel of 170 miles one way I was told THE PARTS MANAGER was not in on Wednesday and I would have to talk to him. the next morning I contacted him just to be told he cant help because I have to file a damaged item report online and it can take up to 5 weeks for me to return the part and get credit for it. THEY SURE DIDNT MIND BILLING MY CREDIT CARD WHEN I CLICKED ORDER now my customer has to wait for another heater box from another dealership to get to me whitch is only 4 more days. It took 2 weeks to get it from vescovo and they wont honor the sale with a new part.I had THE part in the car when I WENT TO THEM TO GET HELP with warrant. If you want service go to ********************* toyota in lubbock.I have never seen a dealership that would not order another part for you and return a damaged one. I am out ****** to take care of my customer and three weeks of bs from **********************. NEVER AGAIN and I will make sure all of my border patrol customers know and the officer that owns the vehicle should not purchase a thing from this dealership. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT LOSING MY MONEY BECAUSE IT DONT HURT ME, its part of having an honest business. TAKE CARE of the CUSTOMER ,but apparently this dealership thinks that money in hand is worth more than the customer. BE AWARE of this kind of dealerships. I do business with places all over the united states and have never herd of the bs they are telling me. ALL they have to do is order a new part and return this one as damaged. I did not damage it , TOYOTA only put three pieces of rolled paper in the box to protect it from damage in shipping and it wound up with a large piece of the box broken off. I could install it in the customers truck and he probably would not know the difference but I would and I run an honest business so it wont happen no matter the cost to me. IF this dealership has a problem with this review I have receipt of purchase and would be willing to show the part at any time anyone would like to see it.
