            People I dealt with at Tillery Buick-GMC was Service Manager: Freddy M***, Tech: Jordan F*****, Service Advisors: Lisa B**** & Rodolfo J******. Brought SUV in on 5/12/22 picked SUV up on 6/16/22. My name is ***** ********/ paid cash $2530.43. I took my 2011 Buick Enclave into Tillery Dealership in Los Lunas, NM. My town I lived in most my life, to get a actuator, blend door and defroster fixed, heater and air conditioner worked fine, heater to floor vent would not open. They took whole dash and steering wheel off and threw all the parts on my leather seats. Took pictures cause they said it would be done in a few days went to check saw parts thrown everywhere, they said they need more time. After a month they called and said it was done. They took my cash, a little over 25 hundred dollars and said it has a 24 month warranty. Air conditioner did not work right anymore and now there was steering wheel problems. Scratches all over, a broken console, large crack, I was so upset I told them I wanted everything fixed they broke. Then they had me in tears and said I was dramatic and I was to leave and never come back there. They messed up my car and just kept saying my car was to old, made me feel bad I could not afford a new car treated so bad. I asked for my money back to go somewhere else to get it fixed they said no, get out and they never want to see my face again. Took to another mechanic they confirmed they messed it up on there tests.
