So before this past Thanksgiving, my washer went out, and I called Maytag about the warranty. They said it could possibly be under warranty so they recommended Coyote Appliance Repair in **************, ********. The technician didnt show up as promised before I had to leave to go help my daughter with her surgery back east, so I had to arrange for my neighbor to wait all day one day and let him into my house for him to come to look at it. He didnt come on that day either, so I had to schedule another day for my neighbor to do it. He came finally, and checked it, and called to tell me it was going to be rather expensive, but since I had a secondary warranty, I told him that I could recover half of the cost of the repair for the part that was under warranty. So he ordered the part, but by the time the part came in at the beginning of January 2023, I had had to take an emergency trip to ******* because my dad almost died, and I was gone for over a month. So I told him I would call him about coming over to repair my washer when I got back home. After calling and leaving messages (Just like all the other times.) umpteen times, I finally got on the schedule. He didnt show up on that chosen day, giving the excuse that he had a big job that ran over, but he told me he would come on Saturday to make up for it. But instead, I got a voicemail with another excuse about how expensive it was going to be, and he wasnt sure if I would be able to pay for it, or if I wanted to pay for it, etc., etc. and we would touch base again. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had repair anything that I own. I am ready just to go out and buy a new washer or use my old clunky one thats in my shed for the time being. Dont ever use Coyote Appliance Repair! They never return your calls. They never show up on time or at all. They never answer their phone. They are honestly terrible! I will be calling and reporting this company to Maytag/Whirlpool.
