              Big jack and sons repair service is contracted through Sears. I have a protection plan through Sears. An appointment was set up with big jack and sons on June 29/2021 the tech came out installed the drain pump for my washer. However after the tech left my father ran the washer and it still did not work. The water did not drain. I called the tech back and he said he was to busy to come out. He said he would call me back. I waited for a call back and did not receive a call. When I finally was able to get a hold of the tech I ask him if he ran the washer he said yes. My father said he checked the was and it was not wet. I know that after a wash cycle finishes there is some kind of moisture. It had none. When I told the tech he got upset and said I called him a liar. He called me back on July 1 2021 and told me was not coming to fix my washer. That is a breach of contract. All of this occurred from June 29 to July 1 2021.

              Horrible service and no communication. Best Buy uses this company as a 3rd party vendor and this group closed out ticket without doing any work.
