apartment was still occupied by previous tenants we were told we couldn’t move in, after we were told to come pick our keys up at 10am. We made it very clear that was unacceptable and they found an empty unit and scattered to get things ready for us to move in within the next few hours. The carpets were suppose to be stretched and cleaned by move in no one ever came or returned our calls about them so we finished moving everything in and by the time they got back to us the house was full of our stuff so they couldn’t come do it. On move in day 6/7/2021 They gave us the wrong key so we had to buy our own lock and replace it because no one answered our calls and we didn’t want to leave our home unlocked with all of our belongings in it. We gave maintenance a copy that same day. On 4/7/2021 the roof leaked when it rained and fried our tv and xbox, The price of our rent was suppose to be 985 a month plus our electric and gas and now we are being charged water waste and waste water.   We’ve had multiple problems with our apartment and tried reaching out for a resolution and receive nothing, now a week ago our toilet flooded into our living room and they mopped the bathroom and never send anyone to clean the rest of the house. Our carpet smelled like urine and feces I had to shampoo it myself with a little handheld shampooed and the owner still refuses to answer our phone calls. We have another pending case also with the additional problems we’ve had and still no resolution
