              I am moving out of my apartment but upon moving in I was required to put down a $400 damage and cleaning deposit but now upon leaving they want me to pay another $287 cleaning cost. I told them to just take that amount out of the $400 money I put down. They refuse to do that why I don’t know. When they went to inspect my apartment there were no damages what so ever so I can’t understand why they are wanting me to pay $700 for cleaning. The contract states that the $400 is for damages and cleaning and being that there were no damages they need to just take the $287 out of the $400 they already have off mine and refund me the remainder. I have lived there for 2 years and never a late payment and clearly no damages I refuse to pay the $287 that they keep bugging me for just take it out of the $400 and so be it .

              Terrible business, constantly calls and harasses you about payments even when you have plenty of time left for the payment. Their bank messed up on one of my payments and they tried to add a charge onto it even when my bank clearly stated it was not on my end. This place tries to squeeze any little amount of money from the tenants. Should be shut down from how crooked and unprofessional they are.
