I paid over $15k for a 15 day trip to ***** in June 2022. ****** was my agent. I did the majority of the legwork for the trip, told her which towns I wanted to go and what we wanted to do once there.I communicated via phone conversation, emails and messenger. She absolutely did not listen to me! From booking a food tour in ******** which consisted of going to an open air market and tasting olive oils we could have done on our own without paying for this, we are foodies and I wanted an experience. I explained this many times and she did not deliver. But the worst experience was a trip to Ischia, I wanted a thermal bath spa experience. She provided a tour guide and driver and trip around the island which is what I told her I DID NOT WANT! Once again she did not hear me, or did not communicate to CENTRAL HOLIDAYS, the company they use in ***** for most of the tours and transportation. When I asked for some type of refund, I was told I would get something but she did not know who was responsible for the refund or when I would get it. So we then contacted our CC company, *******, our mistake for using them as they do not fight for their customer and after numerous correspondence with copies of emails and texts they denied the refund. The total trip to Ischia was $910 and I wanted a refund minus the boat tix which I said we would pay for. When I contacted her about this horrible mistake she then sent me the paperwork for the thermal spa that we should have been taken to, but I didnt have the confirmation paperwork to hand the guide to show him this isnt what we wanted, so we just went with it so to not cause any negativity on our honeymoon. We will never get that time back. ************************* ***** is not fit to be a travel agent. We are so disappointed. PS, when contacted, she told me no refund since I contacted the CC company.
