CONSUMER BEWARE. If I could give this place zero (0) stars I would. 12/27/21 we went in asking for an OIL change and alignment. Only the oil change was completed, as they said we needed a TIE ROD service done and couldnt do the alignment without it. 1/17/22 we returned for the tie rod service and alignment and discovered that they CUT the boots to install the new tie rod!!! WHAT THE ****** The boots are what protect your vehicle from environmental hazards and should NOT be cut, cracked or damaged at all. Why would they do that?! This is NOT quality work.In fact, they charged 2.5 hours of labor for the tie rod and alignment and tried to take a short-cut and CHEAT. After the completion of the tie rod service and alignment, we not only had a DAMAGED BOOT but also new issues arose being: a grinding noise to the right front of the vehicle when turning LEFT, the alignment was off, and we also had a light come on the dashboard to replace the tail lights. AGAIN, WHAT THE ****** 1/18/22 we returned and got into a yelling match instigated by the Owner because he has NO FUNDAMENTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, and NO EMPATHY for others. In fact, he didnt even greet us upon first contact and only escalated the situation by demanding we first calm down! and proceeded to yell at us in front of our child!!! SHAME ON THE ***** for behaving this way. He wasnt trying to hear our complaints or speak to me (despite me being the vehicle owner) and claimed we were arguing for nothing. And, he NOT ONCE apologized for their bad service. What kind of BS customer service is this?!They claim on their website that they are committed to quality work and customer service, and when I reminded the Owner of that he said he doesnt speak to customers and has been doing this job for 43 years, and Im done. You follow me! If thats the case then you, Owner need to remove that FALSE INFORMATION from your website and retire if youre truly done or sell your business! This is not the way to treat any customer, and YOUR TECHNICIAN SCREWED UP. There are consequences for that, and the result is we PAID A HIGH PRICE FOR POOR WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE!!! Customers are the backbone of businesses. Dont you ever forget that!Long story short, the Owner gave us his word that I will take care of it- the boots, the noise, and the alignment However, they AGAIN LET US DOWN. We left the car at 12:12PM and received NO UPDATE until 5PM when I CALLED to check on my vehicle. I was then told that they just finished the boots and did NOT have time for the alignment. WHAT THE ****** ANOTHER DISAPPOINTMENT. Not only did they do a do a lousy job the first time yet the work is STILL INCOMPLETE. We decided to retrieve our vehicle, as we were not okay leaving the vehicle in their hands any longer; and got a refund for the alignment (and rightfully so!). AAMCO Owner: learn to be nice, and learn to live up to your promises!All this to say, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY AAMCO IN OUR LIFETIME. THEY OVER CHARGE FOR NOTHING, CHEAT, LIE, AND TRULY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. >>>>>CONSUMERS, DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
