Regrettably, my experience with La Sammana has mirrored the issues I encountered with ******** *************. Despite assurances of flexibility and the ability to travel to different locations, I have consistently faced difficulties booking accommodations, rendering the promised benefits practically non-existent.During the presentation, I felt pressured by two sales representatives, limiting my ability to thoroughly review the contract, as it was rushed through and I was not able to keep it and only mailed it later. This lack of transparency resulted in unexpected surprises, including not receiving the premium weeks, having a studio instead of the promised one-bedroom unit, and the undisclosed annual increase in maintenance fees.Owning this timeshare has become a significant financial burden, particularly as I live on a fixed retirement income. The strain on family relationships is also evident, as my children are unwilling to bear this financial responsibility. Additionally, my medical issues, including peripheral neuropathy and related complications, prevent me from utilizing the timeshare safely and further contribute to the urgency of this request.Due to a decline in my health, I can no longer drive, and travel poses a safety risk. My medical conditions, including peripheral neuropathy and the presence of a permanent catheter, make it impractical and unsafe for me to visit La Sammana Resort. I have also been recently diagnosed with cancer and do not have much longer to live. As a responsible individual, I do not wish for the timeshare burden to be passed on to my family in the event of my passing. And am requesting the cancellation of my timeshare.
