I am reporting that The Atlantic Motel in ************** at ************************ has stolen my money by charging me for two days totaling $315. ++ through Booking.com which did not help, my ************ isn't helping either, I followed all of the guide lines posted and talked to the female manager who basically told to go s**** myself!!! The attorney General won't help. I never stayed there! Now what? I had book a rm for April 9th, confitmed on 3/9 the price was $103.17. Then on 4/7 changed the reservation to June 25th - there was "no listing of prices" regarding future dates. Later that evening my wife ******* received notice for a charge of $315.36 (WTF?) as it turns out the Motel had charged us for both April 9th & June 25th. Which should not have been billed until three days prior. In addition I was told that I could cancel up until June 10th without any fees. Yet Booking.com nor the Atlantic Motel would resolve this situation. After trying to resolve this multiple times with the parties mentioned I went to our ************ which informed us that the money would be returned on three different occasions. Yet after a couple of months of back and forth they then informed us that to much time had passed and would not return our stolen money... Again WTF? I guess being a decorated, disabled ************* Naval Veteran really doesn't mean much after all.
