My townhouse and two others on the same line were affected by raccoons coming in through the siding to the attic in January 2020. This caused damage to my townhouse attic and ceiling along with two other townhouses next to mine. We formally filed to get the attic and ceiling sanitized and fixed in May 2020 and an inspector was brought out. The other two townhomes were fixed, but my townhouse was never completed. Every time I contacted the management property company, I was told it was too hot to complete the work and it would be done in the cooler months and then I was told it was too cold and it would be done in the warmer months. I have continuously reached out to the company to find a resolution and was told it would be done in due time. However, the new property manager ************************* has now told me it is my responsibility and has ceased all communications even though the previous manager had promised to fix my property. The previous manager ****** even sent an inspector again last year who reiterated that the attic and ceiling needed to be cleaned and repaired.
