              I would look elsewhere for a service this business is horrible they miss appointments send technicians that cant fix issues, lie outright, dont keep you updated and so on Go somewhere else you will be glad you did.also extremely $$$ I should of read reviews before purchasing boiler do your due diligence youve been warned

              You guys are horrible ! A lot of back and forth nothing gets resolved ! Must be a department just for complaints because I'm pretty sure there's a lot of those coming in ! My system never worked properly since installed and it's a lot of money that yes I over paid (complete hvac and furnace ) ! I'm so ****** at myself I should've went with arctic air or a mom and pop shop ! Not even *********** cares he never hits me up once to see if things got straightened out after all the text I sent him about how not happy I am ! I can't believe this company with commercials is like this ? They over charge people and can't fix your issue that they installed ! They always say they'll call you or someone will call you but they NEVER DO! Yeah I chose poorly :( now I'm screwed out of thousands that I have to work hard to pay back ! Maybe I should lawyer up ? This company just wants your hard earned money then install unit and they run for Z Hillz ! Yeah I read about not getting permits yup me too haven't received anything about permits ! No call or anything after they said it will all be taken care of yeah BS ! System installed 8/23 If I ever hear Someone talking about this company I'm going to bash them hard ! They need to fix themselves up they must be lacking in good management over there ! Yeah I wish I would've read reviews before I accepted them **** stupid me ! Everytime I see their commercial I want to throw a brick at the ****

              ************************* ** Plumbing working as a contractor for GOLD MEDAL SERVICE. He did the job but charged me $698 for a drain cleaning (listed on their site post and ad for $119) he replaced a small metal piece under the sink which had some corrosion and a piece of pipe which he said leaked after he replaced the other piece. (it was not leaking prior to when he snaked it and I did not see a leak.) He also did a quick install of a sink handle which I ALREADY HAD A PART FOR. (This install took **** minutes) They said the additional cost was for extra protection for a future incident. (I thought this was for future plumbing jobs) When I called the company back they told me the extra price was to cover my heating and air-conditioning which I did not need protection for. (Their ad in the YELLOW PAGES says 2-YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL REPAIRS. He said they do not give you a printed invoice on the work done and they would e-mail it to me. When I got the **mail all that was sent to me was a price. There was no indication of the work done or the extra protection. I was told they don't list the work preformed! No warranty information or anything of that nature was posted. I have never dealt with a company that performs work and does not list what they did. The e-mailed invoice was sent so you could not reply to them. I called them up again and they said they would look into it.

              As a first time home owner, using Gold Medal was the worst decision I made. We had them do our bathroom in 2019. We decided to go with them because they promise a life time warranty. We recently discoved a crack on our shower floor. We contacted Gold Medal and set up an appointment for them to come and assess. They never showed up at the scheduled time. I had to call to get an ETA and then was rescheduled. A service man showed up took pictures and said someone will reach out with a plan. They never did. I contacted then and they sent another service man to take measurements. Yet again we were told someone would reach out to let us know of the next steps. No one called. We have been doing this back and forth thing for 2 months and still no resolution. DO NOT USE GOLD MEDAL. They are overpriced and don't follow through.

              Gold Medal installed a new AC handler and condensor unit in my home early June. The tech gave confusing instructions about the 'permit process' which turned out to be incorrect information. Two months later I've called Gold Medal customer ********************** multiple times, and I've been lied to, they said they sent in the permit paperwork and then I was told it was never done, so the told me it was sent in recently. I called my townships' construction permit number and they indicated they haven't received anything from Gold Medal for the permit. I'm told someone will call me, no one ever calls me back, the customer ********************** reps tell me they'll email and leave messages for management or their permit department, but nothing ever happens, no call, no contact, still no permit. They should be investigated. What is wrong with the permit department, they cannot function or do their jobs? This is unprofessional and ridiculous. I cannot recommend them at all. This system was very expensive and they sold this job as if I would get exceptional care. This seems like a big hoax, the Attorney General should investigate them.

              In 2016 they sold me a hot water heater with an eight-year warrantee. When I called their office, someone named ***** told me that the water heater only had a five-year warrantee. I told him I had a written receipt. He insinuated that I was a liar. I sent a picture of the receipt which the company acknowledged they had received. They said they would get back to me, but no one ever did. Stay away from these people. Find someone else.

              I have the same problem as other people on this site. Can't get a straight answer regarding the emergency permit that was supposed to be submitted a month ago. No one returns my calls and no one wants to help at all. Have contacted them several times, including the salesman, *******, but since they have been paid for the installation, they no longer have any intention of helping. Their paperwork shows an A+ rating from BBB. I done think that is true. I wish I had not done business with them.

              The service and installation went fine. However, they never provided a permit for the work done and we need to have our township perform an inspection. I have called them numerous times and gotten no positive responses. Ive even called our township permit office who provided me with a reference number which I provided to them over a month ago. I don't understand their refusal to respond to my requests and if they intend to get the permit, which they are responsible for obtaining. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

              I had a hot water heater installed in December 2022. The work itself was good, but I was cheated, being charged almost double of what the price should have been. *************************** is a thief! I am a widow, senior citizen on social security, and living in a ***** home. He took advantage of me and charged me $5000 for the hot water heater!

              Even their own employees, that came for a different issue, said I overpaid for the hot water heater and were shocked by the price!
