Complaint: I purchased a playground swingset kit. I had this kit professionally installed. I purchased two swings and a trapeze bar. All of these products are rusting within and will be useful by the end of the year. I complained to the owner and he said that the material couldn't handle the moisture. These are outside play swings. I asked how he could resolve the issue and he ignored me

Desired Settlement: I would like the items replaced or my money refunded for the rotted items.

Business Response: Our understanding is that this matter was resolved with customer March 4, 2014.  We credited customers account $36.95 for amount paid for the trapeze bar on his order due to dissatisfaction with minor rusting.  At this time I also explained that at end summer 2013 I did not say 'there is nothing further we can do', I said, 'we cannot deliver an alternate/similar trapeze bar wont experience any minor rusting on 2 small washers on underside where water collects for his yard near the salt water, try some rustoleum/maintenance.  The best backyard trapeze bars available anywhere on the market today, are not good enough for this customer/customers location, 100% refund provided since customer remained dissatisfied with product.
