Terms of Service on the company's website includes the following information: Redemptions take a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks to process. We only offer this timeframe as a guideline since so many users request it. Redemptions are processed and sent as soon as we have received payment from our advertisers and in the order they were received. This time frame is in no way a guarantee of when we will send your redemptions. While we do agree to send all rewards due, we can not make any firm guarantee to the processing of these rewards. We do our best to get these rewards out as soon as possible, but sometimes payments are withheld from vendors and we are not able to process rewards until we have received payment.
