            I purchased a fetal Doppler for the office and when I received it, the probe was not the size I thought it would be. I therefore wanted to return it and they have a 30 return policy. Apparently, somewhere they decide some products are not returnable and chose this one. We called, chatted, etc. to no avail. It is in brand new condition and I just want to return it.             Horrible company that is not truthful. We spent a lot of money of metal shelves. I chatted with someone from the company prior to purchasing. I was not told the weight of the item, only that 2 to 3 people should easily be able to move item from curb to office. I was also told delivery company would call 24 hours prior to delivery. Delivery had to be rescheduled due to the company did not call prior and item is 280 lbs. 280 lb box is not easy to manage! Beware when ordering large items from this company no matter what they tell you!!

            I understand your frustrations, but we were clear from the start stating you will need multiple people to move the order from the curb to inside the office. Our customers who order heavy equipment and furniture prepare ahead of time of delivery. I'd agree with you if we if we did not tell you prior to delivery, but that is not the case. Before placing the order, you checked "curbside delivery". Again, I understand your frustrations, but our customers understand it is their responsibility to move the order from the curb to the office.
