            We had pavers put down in our yard. They started to crack. EP Henry has come out twice to replace them however refuse to replace them all unless they are cracked. I called again this summer and someone came out to assess back in the end of July beginning of August. I have sent countless emails and called and left messages since August to *********************** and have not heard back. When I call customer service they tell me she is the only one I can speak to. She has not returned any of my messages. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge and they say they can not give me a name and that maybe someone will call me back department is being re-arranged. I don't know what to do anymore. I just want to find out the status and what they plan to do with the cracked pavers.

            If you purchase EP Henry Pavers like I did a few years ago. Youll be sorry you did. Pavers have been chipping since day one and this company wont do anything for you. Take your money elsewhere and go with another popular product. Trust me they dont stand behind their product. The blame and point fingers at the installation company you hired. Total Disgrace
