              I have an annual contract with TA Sprinkler. They came on 5/31/22 to turn on the system for the season but there were a leaking problem for years and the guys tried to fix it then. However, the leaking problem continue afterwards, so I called and their guy came back on 6/29/22. When the guy were here on 6/29/22 and said he can't fix it because he didn't have the right equipment but he told me that he will come back the same or next day to fix it and they also shut off the sprinkler system totally. However, they didn't show up that day or the next day. So I called the office, the lady were upset that the guy told me that they will come back to fix the problem the next day and she said she will call me back, but since then she never call me back. I have called and leave numerous message, but no one has call me back or come back to fix the sprinkler problem. It has been almost one month since. I need TA to come fix the sprinkler problem immediately or refund my total annual contract fee so I can get someone else to fix it. My association is going to fine me for the failing sprinkler system. TA is extremely irresponsible for this matter.
