            They sent me fliers in the mail that there will be no charge for service call if we go with their repair. My pilot was not staying On so I called them.Their guy came and in an instant he could keep the pilot lit. But his recommendation was to change the therocycle for future in case the same problem comes back. He gave me a rate of $400.00 for a part that costs only **** dollars. He charged me $ ***** for just turning on the pilot of my gas furnace. They are all con and rip off artists. Do not fall for their fake coupons which are meant to entice you in.The woman in their office callled ******** is BRAIN DEAD and has zero business sense. Told her that i can use this opportunity to get their estimate for changing my 30-year old BIGGER HVAC system if she were to waive this visit fee as a goodwill gesture. She said NO.Hope her company can read this and see that people don't call you only for bigger business. You have to advertise to reach out to your target audience. I was such a customer to ********************** but they blew it away. I will never ever contact them. Stay away from these thugs.

            ****, we regret any confusion that was caused on our end. The coupon that was presented, as explained before we came out to your home, was to waive our service call fee upon a repair completion. This was explained upfront. If we do not perform the repair the coupon is not valid. Our trucks are fully stocked with technicians that receive 80 Hours of training per year, many benefits and a wonderful support staff in our office, in order to deliver quality experienced service.
