We joined the gym with the understanding that we could cancel or suspend at any time. We were very clear it would only be for 3 months (September-November) for our then *************************************************** November 2021, we spoke to someone while there for our last visit and it was suppose to be taken care of. It wasnt. Since then, no one was ever available in person, via phone or email to stop the membership. We continued to be charged for months. We eventually had to cancel our debit card to get the automatic payments to stop. Now, the new manager is harassing us for an unpaid balance even after trying to cancel the membership. He will only talk/work with us if we renew our membership. This is the same scenario with the personal trainer we paid for the same projected timeframe within the organization. Couldnt stop and continued to be charged. He has not stepped foot in the gym to workout in over a year (November 2021), even through we kept getting charged and couldnt get in touch with someone to rectify the situation.
