Refund and Exchange Policy
Company offers exclusive 14 day exchange/refund policy to customers, for unopened/ not used merchandise.
All merchandise with manufacturer’s defects like defected spray or leaks or Wrong shipment from the business can be exchange at no cost to customer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excludes shipping and handling charges) within 14 days, subject to a Return Authorization (RA) from Perfume Live (see exception below).
Returns are subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging material. For RA number email us at email@example.com with your contact information, reason and best time to reach you and we will contact you. Please note that RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
Please Note: All exchanged/ returned merchandise MUST BE in original company carton, including all packaging materials. Please do not dent, damage or tear cellophane or box, nor apply any tape on product. Business reserves the right to refuse any such return.
All returns must be packed in proper shipping box with cushion ex bubble wrap or packing peanuts, with valid RA# clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton, Using prepaid traceable shipment. Any products damaged in shipment to us or lost packages are customer’s responsibility. Business recommends using UPS Ground Service “Insured.” A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Once received, they will issue credit your account on form of original payment. It may take up to 10 business days for credit to reflect in your account.
