Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns: The purchaser must acquire a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at 1-866-830-6161 prior returning any items. For the case that the business shipped an incorrect product(s) or the product(s) is damaged in shipping. Please notify Beauty Bridge immediately via email or call toll-free 1-866-830-6161. Customers must then send the damaged product(s) back. Once Beauty Bridge receives the damaged product(s), they will immediately re-ship the replacement(s) at no additional shipping charge. Beauty Bridge gladly accept returns for products upon receiving items within 45 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund, please return the item immediately. Beauty Bridge regrets that they DO NOT refund original shipping costs with the return (minimum $3.95). Once a customer accepts the package, (s)he has the period of 45 days upon PURCHASE date to return it to the business in its original state; the seal should not be tampered with in any way. The returned package must include all parts, pieces and printed materials to be eligible for a full refund. After this grace period, Beauty Bridge can no longer accept the product. In instances that a customer used the product or if any problems occur and the customer believes that the product(s) caused it, Beauty Bridge has the same 45-day grace period (upon PURCHASE date) to return the items. The contents of the bottle should be 3/4 Full. The same holds true for creams and lotions. Beauty Bridge DOES NOT credit back items that are almost empty. Beauty Bridge will not accept any returns in which the reason for the return is something beyond their control such as mishandling and/or misuse of product(s), tampering, etc. A re-stocking fee (15% of the actual cost of the product) is to be deducted from the purchaser's account if the product returned is used, tampered, opened or missing any parts, pieces and printed materials that originally come with the products. A copy of the invoice should be sent together with the item that the customer is returning. Customers should indicate in the lower portion of the invoice with a brief explanation of why they are returning the product. When returning an item use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as Beauty Bridge can not be responsible for lost return shipments. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. Beauty Bridge will notify customers via e-mail once the return has been processed. Please note that financial institutions will likely take approximately up to 7 business days to reflect this transaction. Due to individual manufacturer guidelines, Beauty Bridge is unable to accept returns on specific products (e.g. All Designer Fragrances, Joey New York, Remergent, SkinCeuticals, Bare Escentuals, Jane Iredale and md formulations) as indicated on relevant product pages of their website. These particular manufacturers are excluded from Beauty Bridge's return policy. If you have any questions about your return, please email returns@beautybridge.com.
