The Pro Insulation Company was contracted to complete insulation on my home renovations, essentially through the entire house. The company was scheduled to begin work necessary for inspections and making the dwelling livable. We were told initially the materials were needed so payment was made by our contractor, the company insisted on work being started 4 different days. Finally the contractor was not able to reach them as they were to begin last Tuesday, Thursday was our final attempts to reach them with no responses and being ignored by the company office after I left a message for the owner Fred A********* This company should be investigated for fraud. I now have to add additional time at my apartment for my family of 4 now has to incurred these additional charges as the completion date has been pushed back for 3 weeks directly correlated to their neglect of our job. Please help if possible. This is a tremendous strain on my family and I. I truly feel bad for my contractor as well as he has shown his attempts and sadness for the poor reflection placed on his business, who I understand has very little to do with Pro Insulations business practices. I hope to save another family from a bad experience like this.
