            We used We Hang Holiday Lights last year and had no issues or complaints. We dealt we *********************** owner and operator of the company both last year and this year. In September we received a letter from the company with a form and instructions to send a deposit to lock in a date for our Christmas light installation this year. Before sending our deposit my husband called **** and spoke to him about the details of the installation and that we wanted the Christmas lights installed and lit for Thanksgiving night. **** confirmed the details with my husband and we sent our deposit check for almost five hundred dollars. Our check was cashed in September and we thought we were all set. Fast forward to two weeks before Thanksgiving and no word from **** or anyone from the company. We txt **** and left multiple messages, with no response. Finally we received a txt back saying he would call us with the date for installation. Again that call never came. We txt and left messages again. Finally Tuesday before Thanksgiving he answered a txt sent that day saying we were 2nd on the list for the next day. No ever showed. No lights installed, no call, no response to calls or txt messages. We have not heard from **** since but he has our deposit money. We want our deposit back because of lack of communication and services not rendered. This seems like a scam.
