            On February 26, 2024 I ordered a book, Smoke and Ashes, from Indoobestsellers. The total cost was $27.63. On March 9 I received a message telling me the book was delivered via DHL. I was home the entire day and never had any delivery picked up on my ring doorbell and never received the book. I reached out to the seller and they told me that it was delivered by the US ************** and I needed to follow up with the **************. Original delivery notice stated DHL and additional noted ***** I explained to them that there was nothing delivered to my house or to my mailbox and all I wanted was a refund. The seller has refused to communicate with me since that point in time. Zero responses and no attempt to find a solution. I would absolutely not use Indoobestsellers for any orders. It seems to be a complete scam and theft. Do not get your money stolen by this company.

            excessive time frames to deliver from Amazon orders and have access to funds more than month, Delivery method not disclosed so **** deliveries need a PO Box instead of street address used for Amazon delivery. tracking numbers are different than what is shown on Amazon.
