I bought a used ****** Camry from them in May for my son , come to find out the bumper is cracked in 2 places put back together with glue and splash Guard was hold on with zip ties. They stated that that is how bumper repair is done , Im not sure where they get the idea thats a repair and then sell the car to me like that without disclosing that information. They offered to pay for the splash guard that was dragging under the car, that we had to remove ourselves in order to drive it. They knew it had damage and passed that along to me. Not very reputable for a dealership that prides themselves on family owned and good service. They could have just offered to pay for a bumper and splash guard for under a ***** dollar repair .

This is a 9 year old vehicle which I believe had multiple owners. We explained to this customer that we do not build new vehicles. This car was operating perfectly fine when it left here and the splash guard was attached in a satisfactory fashion. I do not know if a previous owner had a repair to the bumper and ******* would she had her Son NOT HIT A CURB. many vehicles do not even have a splash guard and when they do they are also be secured with plastic when they are new from the factory. If you hit a curb that plastic also would break. The bumper was not cracked when we sold the vehicle nor was the splash guard hanging down. it operated this way for many years before and would have operated for many years after had the accident not taken place. We could have removed the plastic and added clips but this would have increased the price of the vehicle because there are parts and labor involved with that. As it was still operating as designed and blocking splashes from the road that was no necessary. That is why the customer got a good deal on a used vehicle. It must have been a good deal as she did drive past at least 20 other dealerships to purchase the car. We did offer to replace the bumper and splash guard at cost but not to pay for it as we did not cause the damage

I bought a brand new **** ***** CX-9 after agreeing a $6,000 MSRP over price of window car sticker with their car salesman *****************. I also traded my **** ***** ES 300 for the price of $1,000 as per salesman. When I got with their finance manager ******, saw that it was only $995 which I let go because I thought it was only $5 bucks but what I did not see was that they overcharged me with DMV and title/licensing fees. Also, they did not provide me the original window sticker of the car and the terms and conditions of the extended warranty that I purchased after I drove off their lot. I have already consulted a lawyer and also sent the cancellation of my extended warranty dated October 28, **** in my behalf. As of this date, nobody has reached out to me and my lawyer which is fine, if they want to play games. I have written bad reviews in all of their social medias and will also be writing a complaint to their headquarters. And most likely will *** them if they don't respond in a timely manner as suggested by my lawyer. Be very careful when dealing with these people. They will come off nice and professional but in the end they will try to take advantage of you as much as they can if you are not alert and sensitive to their deceitful ways and fraudulent tactics. Too bad these people represent ***** as ***** is a very good car and its name does not deserved to be tainted.

I originally applied for an auto loan through **** of America and was approved for an auto loan for up to $53,000. I found a car at ****************** in ********** and the out of door price for the car came to $44,233.82. The representative (*********************************) that was handling this transaction was in close contact with the loan rep ************************* and got the deal approved and ready to go. So I drove up to ********** from *******, ** to pick up the car. When I got there I met with ****** and signed all the documentation and also was told that I need to get insurance for the car before driving off the lot. I called and got insurance through Progressive that cost me $536 to initiate the insurance. Progressive then sent over the insurance binder to Schwartz Mazda. This was all done on July 25, 2022. Now I get a call on August 15, ***** from the Finance Manager at Schwartz Mazda and they are telling me that **** of America has not sent over the funds yet because **** of America is only covering $37,000 of the car and I need to come up with the rest. I do not see how this is my issue when the sales rep and the loan rep approved everything before I drove all the way up to ********** and now they are telling me that I need to come up with the remainder of the money or return the vehicle. The manager over at Schwartz Mazda is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. I get continuous calls of repossession and pressuring into refinancing with one of their lenders. While Im trying to get this issue rectified with **** of America. I do not feel as though I deserve this type of harassment after they (Schwartz Mazda and **** of America) had already approved the deal and let me drive off the lot with paper tags and all. If you can at all costs, avoid this dealership!!! They are definitely not about helping their customers! This has been impacting my livelihood in the worst way and is extremely inconvenient for me to go all the way out of my way to drive there
