We've purchased Lexus at the dealership 9/16/2023.First, the dealer requested to pay $845 Commission fee not required by law. Secondly, only one key for the car was provided at the end of transaction. Our dealer explained that second key fob will be send overnight Monday, 09/18/2023.Today, is Friday, 09/22/2023 and we still do not have the key fob.In addition, our sales representative, *************************, is not responding to our phone calls and we are not able to get a tracking number for the key sent overnight. In the result, we need to pay from our pocket $200 for key programming and $500 for missing fob. ****** never told us about the key issue till we've paid full price for the car.At this point, we requesting from the dealership full compensation for unexpected expenses.

I got my Lexus ***** service today. I was quoted 699.but after service done, I was shown **** of $1068. I asked why this much. Cashier said they have to add parts and labor in addition of $699. I looked in the I'll, and parts and labor was added for the many services (like oil change for example) already included in $699 service list. Cashier would not listen to me so I called the manager and explained.manager got my point and asked her to charge me $699+tax.I am sure many don't look into invoices especially for smaller jobs. This extra charge seems like in their system and charged and added automatically.BE AWARE. Always check you invoice.i may not go back to this place again but be careful.

This must be the most unethical dealership I have ever been to. I went to purchase a Lexus NX350. Our sales associate was ************ We asked numerous times the **** price of the vehicle and he assured us the cost remained the same. We got a good deal we thought at the time and then met with Finance Manager **************** While trying to sell us the additional warranty we noticed the price of the vehicle on the *** paper didnt coincide yet he told us to not worry. We got the basic *** insurance add on. We asked ****** to verify everything yet he told us AGAIN not to worry. We purchase this beautiful vehicle and a couple of days later notice there was a price different of almost $8,000. When asking ******, which took days as he would not answer phone calls and I had to send an email, he advised this was a **** up price on all vehicles due to demand that **** (sales associate) was suppose to tell us. **** then also washed his hands and advised the Finance Manager (******) was suppose to tell us. In the end, NO ONE told us. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU DECIDE TO. THEY WILL TRY TO SWITCH VEHICLE PRICE. We had to return and speak with the ** ***** V who ultimately took off the **** up. Overall an awful experience, purchasing a vehicle should be exciting but it was stressful. the vehicle is beautiful and drives smoothly BUT BEWARE OF THE PRICES. MAKE SURE ****** IS TO PROVIDE A PRINTOUT OF ALL NUMBERS!! It is unethical and highly disappointing.

Turned in my Acura lease here in January and leased an RX350. **** IRRESPONSIBLE establishment never turned in my lease nor paid off the balance as promised. Fast forward 4 months and ***** has sent me a legal notice stating I never turned in my lease. Not to mention the 40pts decrease in my credit score from the "missed" payments.STAY AWAY FROM **** PLACE
