    My son had an accident with my car 2011 **** explorer on January 21 2022. The air bag was deployed and the engine shut down. As a safety measure and the car had to be towed to crigers . The next day my son went there and they would only allow him a few things out of the truck( which is ridiculous its his property). They also didn't tell him the car started. I only had liability on the vehicle which they new when my son was there. Being that the accident was my son fault insurance does not cover tow and storage . So I made arrangements to have salvage company come get the vehicle and told them the car didn't start . After going back and forth with criger( they wanted me to pay them 300 and the title and they would take possession . I told them no. **** called back anout 15 minutes latert and stated he spoke with owner just bring title and we will call it even. My entire **** was 571. I met salvage company that afternoon on the 26th. As I stated the **** was 571 .I questioned the **** over the phone and when I got there. I was immediately met with attitude and defensiveness. I paid with my cc because they basically were holding my car as hostage . I went outside and asked where car was so I could clean out and they told me and flat bed (salvage) to wait on public street . Few minutes later they DROVE the car onto the Public street. Needless to say I was confused and ****** ..this car didn't need to sit at their lot for 4 days . When I got home I went over the **** . They charged a clean up ***$75 ( there was nothing to clean up from accident) a waiting ***($45). Mind you he came hooked car and left and admin *** ($50) . So I disputed the charge . I am in the process of investigation with crcard company as well. Criger called me and questioned why I was disputing. I told him why I was upset . The car was drivable and they never told me . I told them I would pay for tow adm *** but not the the 75 and 45 and storage *** $225 car didn't have to sit there . No was an

    TERRIBLE company!!! They contract with ******** **** so when I called MB for a tow, they dispatched criger and said 60 mins - 1.5 hours later, I call MB to get an update and they say sorry sir, our system shows they are on site at your location, I run downstairs and obviously no tow truck - I call MB back and say, your system is wrong, no one is here - they call criger and get some BS - eventually after 2 hours, I say just give me the service provider number and Ill call them directly - I call criger and he immediately apologizes and says the truck is in a town 5 miles away and will be there in ***** mins - sure no problem - one hour later and now three hours into this ordeal, I call MB and they say again sir the system says the provider is on site I explain that no one is here and criger is gaming the system to make it look like they got here in a reasonable time so MB doesnt scold them and take away the contract - I then call criger and tell them to update there system and stop lying and saying they are on site - I get the normal story that the drivers mom had a medical emergency, blah blah - I dont even care that it took so long and they couldnt make it, but dont scam MB and me, tell the truth that your short on trucks or whatever so I can get someone else to come - as I tell criger to cancel the service, magically the driver gets here 5 minutes later - super unfortunate bc the driver and dispatcher seemed like nice guys but the owner must instruct them on how to game the system to make it look like they arrive in reasonable time - do yourself a favor and ask your roadside what provider they are dispatching and if they say criger then explain that you want someone else
